I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but I keep seeing a big
stack of Cessna supplements in the lounge of my FBO. I haven't looked
to see what they contain, though.

Cessna had several generic POH updates that dealt with several subjects that
were liability concerns in the 1980s, such as vacuum system failure etc.

If what you want is an actual current POH for a particular model you need to
order it from Cessna and provide the Model, Serial Number and N number. There
are plenty of generic manuals available for study of systems, flight data etc.
but they are not official replacements for a specific aircrafts POH.

Not sure what do you mean by "supplement to the factory POH", but check
bellow a post titled "Seeking specific Cessna POHs" (last updated on
9/12). The thread has plenty of links that offer specific POHs on-line.
